Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 pk Fresh cranberries And cut up
Or frozen 12 oz ea 1 cn Pineapple tidbits -- 8
1 1/2 c Sugar oz Drained
1 c Orange juice 1 c Pecans -- chopped
1 cn Peaches 1/2 c Golden raisins
(l6 ounces) sliced, drained
In a large saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar and orange juice to a
boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for
8-10 minutes or until the berries burst. Remove from the heat; stir
in peaches, pineapple, pecans and raisins. Cool. Cover and
refrigerate at least 3 hours. Yield: about 6 cups
