8 (2oz) turkey breast cutlets 1 tb Dijon mustard
Vegetable cooking spray 1 tb Dry sherry
1/4 c Mango chutney 1 ts Curry powder
Place the turkey breast cutlets on a broiler pan coated with cooking
spray. Combine the chutney, mustard, sherry, and curry powder in a
bowl, and stir well. Brush half of the chutney mixture over the
turkey cutlets and broil for 4 minutes.
Turn the turkey cutlets over and brush with the remaining chutney
mixture; broil an additional 3 minutes or until done.
