Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Flour 4 ts Water
1/4 c Coarsley chopped cilantro 1 ts Olive oil
1/4 ts Salt 2 tb Flour
1 Egg, beaten

Stir together the flour, cilantro and salt in a bowl. Make a well in
the center. combine water, egg and olive oil. Add to flour mixture
and mix well. Sprinkle a flat surface with 2 tablespoons flour. Turn
dough out onto the surface. Knead till the doug is smooth and
elastic, about 10 minutes. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Divide
dough in half; shape each half into a ball.
