2 ts Olive oil 2 tb Lime juice
1/2 lb Shell,devein shrimp 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Sliced green onions 1/4 ts Sugar
2 lg Plum tomatoes 1 tb Chopped cilantro
1 sm Jalapeno
Seed and cut into thin strips the pepper and tomatoes. In a 9"
nonstick skillet heat oil; add shrimp and green onions and cook over
high heat, stirring frequently, until shrimp just turn pink, about 2
minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cilantro and stir to
combine; cook, stirring constantly, until flavors blend, about 2
minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
