Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Evaporated milok 1/8 t Salt
2/3 c Sugar 1 t Vanilla
2 T Butter 1 1/4 c Flaked coconut
1 ea Egg 1/2 c Chopped pecans
In a saucepan, combine evaporate milk, sugar, butter, egg and salt.
Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and cool
slightly. Add vanilla, coconut and pecans. Cool completely before
