Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Powdered milk plus 2 T 3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Warm water
Mix powdered milk and warm water together and place in a double
boiler. Stir in 3/4 cup of sugar and stirr until sugar is melted and
all absorbed. Cool and use in place of canned sweetened condensed
