Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Cubed booked ham 11 oz Can Green Giant Mexicorn
1/2 c Chopped green onions 1 pk Corn muffin mix (7 oz)
1/2 c Margarine or butter; melted 4 oz Chredded cheddar cheese; (1
3 Eggs; well beaten Cup)
15 oz Can cream style corn

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 qt baking dish. In large bowl,
combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased baking
dish. Bake at 350 degrees fo 45 -55 minutes or until golden brown and
set. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 1-2 minutes to melt
cheese. Let stand five minutes - before serving -- cut into squares.

For less fat, use fat free cheese, low fat margarine and egg beaters.
