Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Couscous 1/4 c Golden raisins
1 1/2 c Boiling, salted water 1/4 c Diced dried apricots
Stir couscous into boiling salted water. Add raisins and apricots.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Source: Woman's Day
