Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 tb Butter 1 lb Crabmeat
1 c White sauce 1 c Cheddar cheese, grated
3 tb Onion, minced 1/2 c Bread crumbs
1 ts Parsley, chopped

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add crabmeat.
Cook 10 minutes. Add white suace and parsley. Mix
well. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir
in 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then with bread
crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. "From
