See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
3 c Cranberries -- fresh or 3/4 c Packed brown sugar
Frozen 1 tb Orange peel -- grated
1 c Dried apricots 3/4 c Orange juice
1/2 c Chopped dates 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 c Chopped onion 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Cider vinegar 1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/2 c Light corn syrup
In large heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 15 to 20 min. or until
thickened and cranberries have popped. Chill. Serve as an
accompaniment to turkey or pork. Yield: about 3 1/2 cups.
