2 tb butter 1 ds nutmeg
1/2 c onion, diced 1 c pecans, ground fine
1 tb flour 1/2 c celery leaves
2 c broth 1 1/2 c cream or half and half
1/2 ts soy sauce 4 ea sprigs mint
1/2 ts vegetable seasoning
Melt butter; add onion and saute 5 minutes. Stir in flour and broth.
Add seasonings, pecans, and celery leaves; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in
cream and simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve with mint. Serves 2
