Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Ground beef
1/4 c Fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c Finely chopped onions
1 Egg,slightly beaten
1/4 ts Salt
1 cn Campbells Cream of Mushroom
Soup
1/2 c Water
2 tb Chopped parsley
Mex beef,bread crumbs,onion,egg and salt.Shape into 16 meatballs in
frying pan ,brown meatballsl,pour off fat.Stir in soup,water and
parsley.Cover.Cook over low heat 20 minutes.Stirring now and then.
