Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 16 oz can kidney beans -- drained
2 14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
2 pounds ground chuck -- coarsely ground
2 medium onions -- coarsely chopped
1 green pepper -- coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
salt to taste
Put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and
cook on Low 10-12 hours. (High 5-6 hours).
NOTES : Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
