------------------------INGREDIENTS-----------------------------
2 lb Veal cubes -16-ounce can tomatoes
3/4 c Flour mix* 2 sm Onions, thinly sliced
1 t Sugar 1 1/2 t Salt
1/4 c Oil 1/2 t Leaf oregano
4 cn Sliced mushrooms** 1 sm Clove garlic, minced
*Add 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper to flour **drain mushrooms
Directions: Roll veal cubes in seasoned flour and fry in hot oil
until well browned. Put into CROCK-POT. Add all remaining
ingredients. Stir together well. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours
