3 c Ham; cooked, cubed 1/4 c Onion; chopped
1 c Celery; chopped 1 tb Lemon juice;
3/4 c Mayonnaise; 1 1/2 ts Mustard; prepared
1/2 c Olives; pimiento-stuffed; ds Pepper;
-chopped 1 c Potato chips; crushed
2 Eggs; hard-cooked; chopped
Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly
greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20 to 25 minutes.
