Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 8 oz pkgs Philadelphia
-Cream Cheese (1 lb)
1 md Cucumber, seeded -- coarsely
Shredded
4 Green onions -- minced or
Chopped
3 Squirts Tabasco sauce
2 tb Mayonaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in blender. Chill.
