Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 pk Broccoli spears frozen in
Butter sauce
3 oz Cream cheese
1 tb Milk
1 ts Instant minced onion
1/4 ts Curry powder
1 Hard cooked egg, chop
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Partially open
pouches; drain butter sauce into small saucepan. Add cream cheese,
milk, onion and curry. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Spoon sauce over hot broccoli, sprinkle with chopped egg. Randy Rigg
