3/4 c Flaked coconut 1 c Chopped walnuts
3 oz Cream cheese, at room 2 tb Minced onion
-temperature 1 1/2 tb Curry powder, to taste
2 tb Mayonnaise 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Chopped cooked chicken
1. Preheat oven to 350ø. Spread out coconut on a small baking sheet
toast in oven until lightly brown, 12 1/2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
2. In a small bowl, blend together cream cheese mayonnaise until
smooth. Add chicken, walnuts, onion, curry powder salt. Mix well.
3. Form chicken mixture into 1" balls. Roll in toasted coconut to
coat. Cover refrigerate until chilled.
