1 tb Reduced calorie margarine; + 1/8 ts Garlic powder;
1 ts Reduced calorie margarine Salt and pepper to taste;
2 sm Sweet apples;peeled,chopped 2 Egg whites;
1/2 c Onions; chopped 3/4 oz Wheat germ;
1 lb Very lean ground beef; 3/4 c Tomato sauce;
2 ts Curry powder;
Preheat oven to 350. Cook onion and apple in margarine until onion is
lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients
EXCEPT 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce, shape into a loaf and place on a rack
in a shallow baking pan. Top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake, uncovered,
1 hour.
