Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 Stick butter
3 Eggs
3 tb Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Crushed pineapple, drained
1 c Coconut flakes
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Melt butter and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour filling into
unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until set and
brown.
