-----------------------SOAK OVERNIGHT----------------------------
1 c Dried sweet corn in 1 cup 1 lg Apple, cored and chopped
-water -(with skin)
Put soaked corn and water 1/2 c Raisins
-into blender with
Blend, adding water s required to keep bladesmoving, until quite
smooth. Spread, 1/4 inch thick and dry as for fruit leather. Do not
overdry as this is a chewy wafer. Origin: Dry It - You'll Like It!
