Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

-----------------------STIR TOGETHER----------------------------
1/2 c Honey and 1/4 cup hot water

---------------------------MIX IN--------------------------------
2 c Sesame seeds 1 c Pumpkinseeds

Spread to about 1/4 inch thick. Pat gently into place. The mixture
will be crumbly. Score (cut partially into squares) When firm,
remove from tray and turn over to continue drying until crisp. Break
into squares along scored lines and dry a little more. VARIATIONS:
Use maple syrup in place of honey. Substitute sunflower seeds and/or
nuts for pumpkinseeds. Add chopped dates or raisins. Origin: Dry It -
