Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

30 Chicken drumettes; OR... 3 tb Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
20 -Chicken wings 2 tb Tabasco pepper sauce
-- (tips discarded)

----------------------LIGHT ONION DIP---------------------------
3/4 c Light sour cream 1 ts Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
2 tb Minced green onions

Rinse chicken and pat dry; place in large plastic bag with mixture of
lite soy sauce and pepper sauce. Press air out of bag; close top
securely. Refrigerate 15 minutes, turning bag over occasionally.
Reserving marinade, place chicken, side by side, on large rack on
foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in 425 F. oven 25 minutes. Turn
chicken over, baste with reserved marinade and bake 25 minutes
longer. Serve with Light Onion Dip.

LIGHT ONION DIP: Blend 3/4 cup light sour cream, 2 Tbsp. minced green
onions and 1 teaspoon Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce.

Makes 4 to 6 appetizer servings.
