2 cl Garlic crushed.
14 oz Tinned chopped tomatoes
1 oz Cooked ham cut into strips.
1/4 ts Salt.
3 oz Green pepper de-seeded
-and chopped.
6 oz Chicken stock
9 oz Skinned and boned chicken
-breasts cut into half
-inch strips.
Place all the ingredients except the chicken in a pan. Mix well and
cook gently for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the chicken and
continue to cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the sauce
thickens.
