Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 qt Half and Half; plus 2 Eggs
3 c Half and Half 1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Sugar Rock salt
3 tb Vanilla Ice cream freezer
Beat eggs. Add sugar, half and half, vanilla, salt. Mix together.
Freeze in ice cream freezer.
Yield 2.5 quarts.
