Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb beef,Ground
3/4 c onion,Chopped
1 clove garlic,minced
2 T mexene chili powder
1 T flour
1 t salt
1/2 t cumin,Ground
1/2 t sugar
1 cn tomato sauce,8 ounce size
1 c water
Brown meat, onion, garlic together, then drain excess fat. Stir in
remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
