1/2 c Heavy cream 1/4 c Melted butter
Mix bechamel sauce with heavy cream, in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium
high heat until reduced by one-third. Remove from heat and add cheese. Mix
until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Whisk in melted butter. Strain
mixture.
