COLANDER.RINSE UNDER RUNNING COLD WATER AND DRAIN THROUGHLY.GENTLY
SQUEEZE CABBAGE BY HANDFULS TO REMOVE EXCESS WATER.
HEAT OIL IN SAME PAN.ADD GARLIC AND RED PEPPER FLAKES AND SAUTE
