Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Cheddar cheese; grated 1 c Mayonnaise
1 Medium onion; finely chopped 1/2 c Green onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced 1 ts Garlic salt
6 Jalapeno peppers, chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well blended.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend before serving.
