BAKE potatoes for 1 hour at 350°. Let COOL slightly, and slice in half lengthwise.
SCOOP out potato and mash, following the instructions for MASHED POTATOES (82).
More milk may be needed, since potato was baked and not boiled. SPOON mashed potatoes
back into potato skins. TOP with CASHEW PIMENTO CHEESE or SESAME
SPRINKLE. BAKE at 350° for about 30 minutes.
