Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 Egg; 1/2 c Jack Cheese;shredded
2 tb Butter 1/2 c Green Pepper;diced
1/2 c Ham;diced 1/4 tb Sage
1/2 c Onion;diced
Mix eggs well. Combine with ham, onion, peppers and cheese. Melt
butter in a saute pan, cook on one side for 3 minutes. Turn over,
cook briefly and serve.
