Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 ea Hard-cooked eggs Dash of pepper
2 tb Mayonnaise Paprika
1 tb Capers; drained 4 ea Pitted ripe olives; halved
4 ea Pitted ripe olives; chopped 1 bn Watercress
2 ts Lemon juice

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash
yolks, and combine with next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Stuff egg
whites with yolk mixture. Garnish eggs with paprika and olive
halves. Serve on a bed of fresh watercress.
