-BROTH SALT
1/2 lb WINTER MELON, DICED MSG
1/4 c CHICKEN, DICED
Place stock or broth in a pot. Cover bring to a boil. Add winter
melon, chicken water chestnuts. Simmer 10 min. Season to taste w/
