Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 ea Large ripe tomatoes
3 c Chicken, cooked, cubed
1 1/2 c Celery, sliced
3 ea Eggs, hard-boiled
1/4 c Mayonnaise
Slice top off ripe tomatoes and scoop out centers. Chop top and
centers and add chicken, celery and mayonnaise. Mix well. Fill
tomato shells with chicken mixture, top with quartered hard-boiled
