Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Brown Beans 2 ts Garlic -- minced
4 qt Water 1 ts Salt
1 lg Ham Bone 1/4 ts Pepper
1 1/2 Onions -- chopped
Wash and pick over beans. In a large pot, cover beans with water. Add
other ingredients and simmer over low heat for 6 hours, adding water
as needed. Do not stir.
