1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Water
3 Cloves garlic
3 tb Soya sauce
Cut spare ribs into serving size pieces and boil until tender. In
saucepan mix water brown sugar garlic and soya sauce, bring to a boil
and add the spare ribs and boil another 20 minutes.
