Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 oz Dark Rum
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 ds Grenadine
1 ds Amaretto
1/2 ts Simple syrup -- (optional)
1 Whole maraschino cherry
Mix everything in a blender except the cherry. Pour over crushed ice
and toss in the cherry.
