Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
BRING to a boil in saucepan: MIX together until dissolved:
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice 2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel
STIR cornstarch mixture into boiling pineapple mixture and cook until thickened. Makes
a superb dessert topping or a subtle fruit salad dressing. YIELDS: 2 cups.
