Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Butter
3 1/2 oz Pkg. dried beef
6 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 ts Pepper
3 tb Milk
3 oz Pkg cream cheese, softened
In skillet, melt butter on low heat. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces.
Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs
with pepper, milk, cream cheese. Pour into skillet slowly cook
until cheese is melted eggs are thoroughly cooked. 2-3 servings.
