8 Cherry tomatoes 1 ts Garlic powder
4 Flounder fillets (4 oz each) 1 ts Onion powder
3 c Chicken broth 1 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning
4 c Dry white wine Paprika
Shallots, finely chopped Lemon
Wrap filets around cherry tomatos, secure with toothpicks. Poach
flounder filets in chicken broth and wine. Sprinkle remaining
ingredients on filets. Fish is done when flakes with fork, about 10
minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4.
