Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Cubed peeled tomatoes
1 cn Stewed tomatoes including
-liquid (14.5 oz)
1 ts Tabasco or hot pepper sauce
3 c Shredded Savoy or green
-cabbage
Also known as (microwave 'penicillin' soup without the noodles).
Assemble ingredients according to Microwave 'Penicillin' recipe but
add potatoes at the beginning of cooking and substitute tomatoes and
liquid for aone can water. Add Tabasco. Cover and microwave on high
20 minutes.
Rearrange chicken and vegetables; re-cover. Microwave on high 15-20
minutes, or until potatoes are tender and chicken tests done.
Complete soup as above but do not add noodles. Add cabbage. Microwave
on high 5 minutes, or to serving temperature.
