1 cn CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP 1 cn ENCHILADA SAUCE
1 1/2 c GRATED CHEESE 1 pk TORTILLA CHIPS
BROWN THE GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN OFF FAT. ADD SOUPS AND ENCHILADA SAUCE.
SIMMER. CRUSH TORTILLA CHIPS. GRATE CHEESE. IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH,
LAYER CHIPS, THEN MEAT, THEN CHEESE. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 1/2 HOUR WITH
DISH COVERED. UNCOVER AND BAKE FOR 1/2 HOUR MORE.
