Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 ea Ears corn 1/8 ts Ground black pepper
2 tb Flour 1/2 c Milk
1 ts Sugar 2 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/4 ts Salt 1 c Soft bread crumbs

Remove husks and silks from corn. Cut corn off the cob. (2-1/2 Cups).
Mix corn with next 5 ingredients. Melt butter or margarine and mix
with bread crumbs. Sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbs over bottom of a 1 quart
casserole. Add corn mixture, cover and bake in a preheated moderate
oven (375) 30 min. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake, uncovered,
20 min. or until crumbs are brown. Serves 6 From: Delicious Orchards
