1/2 c. water
1 qt. boiling water
1/2 c. powder tempra
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix 1/2 cup liquid starch with 1/2 cup water. Add to boiling water, stirring to paste. Use 1/2 cup powdered tempra to add color.
