Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or 1 cn (8oz) sliced water
-Miracle Whip -chestnuts, draines
1 ea Tb lemon juice 1 lb Seedless green grapes
1 ea Tb soy sauce 1 cn (11oz) mandarin oranges,
1/2 t Celery salt -drained
3 c Cooked chicken, skinless, 6 ea Hard boiled egg whites,
-boneless, chopped -chopped
1 c Chopped celery

Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce and celery salt. Toss
al other ingredients ilnto mayonnaise mixture. Place in refrigerator
overnight so that the flavors will blend. Per serving: 173cal, 2g fat
(10%), 36mg chol., 1g fiber, 16g pro., 23g carb., 485mg sod. Butter
