Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
COMBINE:
1 c. tomato paste 1 1/2 c. water (or more for thinner sauce)
1/4 c. honey 1/8 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. peanut butter (opt.)
BLEND:
1 med. clove garlic 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. onion
ADD to mixture above. SIMMER for 20?30 minutes. YIELDS: 3 cups. For Barbecued
Tofu, marinate tofu for several hours or overnight. BAKE at 300° for 1 hour.
