-skinless, cooked 1 t Paprika
1 cn Artichoke hearts, drained 1/2 t Lite salt, optional
-and sliced 1 t Dry mustard
1 cn (16oz) sliced mushrooms, ds Cayenne pepper
-drained 2 ea Tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ea Pk (16oz) spaghetti or 1 c Tomato juice
-linguine, cooked 1/2 c Ketchup or chili sauce
SAUCE 1/4 c Vinegar
2 ea Tb brown sugar, optional 1/2 c Chopped onion
