Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 tb Finely chopped walnuts or 3 tb Mayonnaise
-pecans 1 tb Sour cream
1 4 oz jar chopped pimentoes 1 lg Green, red or yellow bell
2 pk 3 oz cream cheese -pepper

Combine all ingredients, except bell pepper. Remove stem and seeds
from bell pepper; fill with cream cheese mixture; chill thoroughly.
Slice thin crosswise slices. Serve on chilled salad plates over cold,
crisp lettuce leaves. Salad dressing of your choice may be served
with the salad. Serves 2 - 4.
