Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c. SOY MILK (58) 1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. raw cashews 1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cornstarch 2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. pitted dates 2-3 sliced bananas
LIQUEFY all ingredients except bananas. POUR into a saucepan, and cook over medium
heat until thickened, stirring constantly. POUR a thin layer of the ?custard?
mixture into a baked pie shell or layer of granola, then ADD a layer of sliced bananas.
Repeat, then add the remaining custard, and garnish with sliced almonds. CHILL over
night, and SERVE cold.
