Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
A delicious cold Spanish soup.
4 c. tomato juice 1 c. chopped cucumber
1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped celery
2 medium garlic cloves 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. fresh chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp. fresh chopped chives or scallions
1 c. chopped green peppers
BLEND first four ingredients on high for 20?30 seconds until creamy. POUR into bowl
and ADD remaining ingredients. MIX together gently. COVER and CHILL. SERVE. A
refreshing soup for hot weather.
